I’m a design and innovation leader with over two decades of experience developing consumer products, brand platforms, and hardgoods innovation for global companies, growth-stage brands, and founder-led ventures.
My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, industrial design, cultural insight, CMF, materials, and manufacturing reality. I’m especially interested in the moments where a product needs to become more than functional — where it needs to express a brand, connect with a changing consumer, and justify its place in the market.
Across my career, I’ve led teams, shaped innovation pipelines, defined product language, partnered with cross-functional business leaders, and helped transform early ideas into tangible, production-ready solutions.
Outside of consulting, I’m the founder of LITA, a Swiss-made watch brand exploring the poetics of time, light, and material innovation. I’m also a maker at heart — a winemaker, occasional brewer, cook, and host — which keeps me close to the physical, sensory side of creativity.
